1. Service Overview

We provide advertising space in local flyer mailers and digital formats. We also offer visibility tools, onboarding assistance, and optional multimedia add-ons. All services are designed to increase exposure and engagement for small businesses within selected neighborhood zones.

2. Advertising Content Approval

All ad content submitted is subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to decline or edit any advertisement that does not meet our standards, contains weak or unclear offers, inappropriate content, misleading claims, or does not serve the intended audience effectively.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for maximum exposure, we do not guarantee specific sales or engagement outcomes. Marketing success depends on several factors including the strength of your offer, customer response, and business readiness.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full prior to ad production and flyer distribution. No placements will be secured without payment confirmation. Multi-month plans will be billed according to the selected schedule.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of production and scheduling, all sales are final. Please ensure your materials and campaign selections are accurate before submission.

6. Communication Consent & SMS Policy

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages regarding your campaign, deadlines, business updates, and marketing messages. Messages may be automated. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

7. AI Communication & Consent

By using our services, you agree to receive communications that may be delivered via automated systems or AI-powered tools. This includes email replies, SMS messages, and website chat interactions. These communications are designed to assist with onboarding, customer support, campaign updates, and follow-ups. While automation helps us serve you faster, real human support is always available when needed.

8. Arbitration Clause

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue through binding arbitration rather than in court. This process will be handled by a neutral third party in accordance with applicable laws.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time, at our sole discretion. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you acknowledge and accept the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this agreement periodically for updates.
